Refund policy
Refunds and exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days following the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have gone by since taking delivery of an item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that, as with all online purchases, customs or additional tax charges might be applied in some countries and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay such charges. We do not accept refunds for items that are returned because the customer has refused to pay a customs or tax charge levied by their country's authorities.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We also request that it be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please contact us to explain that you wish to return an item and we will provide the appropriate return address (our products are manufactured and shipped from a number of locations).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted (if applicable):
- any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
- where we are not notified of the customer's intention to return an item within 14 days of delivery.
For any returns, please email sales@dsentgear.com for the appropriate returns address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you make an order but decide to cancel it, contact us straightaway by email at sales@dsentgear as we might not yet have processed it.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is deposited to an account.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email sales@dsentgear.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs associated with purchasing an item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the cost of the item(s) only.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
