Shipping policy

For US orders up to $75 shipping is at a flat rate cost. For US orders over this amount, shipping is free. Occasionally, for some bulky or special order items, shipping costs will be extra, but where this is the case it will be clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping costs to the rest of the world vary but are charged at a flat rate for orders up to $100. For orders over this amount, shipping is free.

Within the US, typically allow two weeks for shipping from the time of ordering. We’ll do our best to get items to you faster than this. We ship more than half of our products within three days and use a variety of methods to get your order to you in a timely and cost-effective way.

For shipping to other countries, please allow for three weeks. If an item is stopped for checking at customs, it could take longer and this is out of our control.

Please note that, as with all online purchases, customs or additional tax charges might be applied in some countries and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay such charges. We do not accept refunds for items where the customer refuses to pay a customs or tax charge levied by their country's authorities.
